Taking the time to truly understand the goals and objectives of my clients is paramount. Naturally I enjoy giving advice when and where I can, but at the end of the day, it’s what they want that matters. In the case of these clients, their desire was to utilize a set budget to renovate their long-term rental property and prepare it to sell, and because of the success we had experienced on their other investment home, it was up to me to make it happen.

With a budget of $50,000 we installed a new kitchen, repainted all interior spaces, refinished hardwood flooring, installed new carpet, and replaced countless fixtures and finishes. Even though the home would have continued to remain a fantastic, producing rental property, we knew that updating it as meticulously and beautifully as possible would work best for my clients.

Fortunately, our hard work paid off and my Sellers received multiple offers and an escalated sales price of 102.9%!
